How to Add Employer’s Representative Through MyTax

  1. Choose “Identification Number”.
  2. Enter identification number.
  3. Click “Send”.
  4. System will display “Digital Certificate does not exist”
  5. Select one 1 method to continue registration of digital certificate
    • e-CP55D to continue digital certificate registration via web
    • e-KYC to continue digital certificate registration via face identification


  1. A copy of the company/cooperative/society/organization registration certificate (SSM); and
  2. A copy of the company’s board of directors / committee members list / Cooperative / Trust Deed / PLT / Organization from SSM or other valid registering organization;
  3. Should the individual who is given authority not be listed in the list as mentioned above, additional documents need to be submitted: A letter of authorization using the Company’s/Organization’s letterhead signed by the Company’s/Organization’s Board of Directors
