Employment Pass Specialist
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end applications for Employment Passes (EP), Professional Visit Passes (PVP), Dependant Passes (DP), Long-Term Social Visit Passes (LTSVP), DE Rantau Nomad Passes, and other immigration-related passes.
- Assess client eligibility and advise on the most suitable work pass based on current Malaysian immigration requirements.
- Review supporting documents and ensure applications are complete, accurate, and compliant before submission.
- Prepare and submit applications through the ESD, MYXpats, MDEC, and other relevant government portals.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and relevant authorities to facilitate application approvals.
- Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
- Handle renewals, amendments, cancellations, and pass transfers.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide professional immigration advice.
- Stay up to date with the latest Malaysian immigration policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to expand services to existing clients.
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience handling Malaysian Employment Pass or immigration applications is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
Payroll Analyst
Job Description
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients.
- Prepare annual payroll reports, including Form EA and Form E.
- Process statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory requirements.
- Verify payroll data and ensure accuracy of all pay elements.
- Generate payroll reports, bank files and statutory submission files.
- Prepare recurring client billing and payroll-related charges.
- Respond to client enquiries and provide payroll support. Keep up to date with Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory changes.
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- At least 1 year of payroll processing experience.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience in a Payroll Outsourcing or BPO environment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsible, proactive and a good team player.
Software Support Executive
Job Description
- Implement and configure our HR and payroll software for clients.
- Conduct user training and system demonstrations.
- Provide support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with the technical team to resolve them.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Prepare user guides and assist with testing new system features.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma, Professional Certificate or Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to travel for client implementation and training.
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
